Indigo Dye Lampshade Workshop with Rachel Hutton – Friday 19th September 2025

Time: 10am-4.30pm price: £95

Create a textile pattern using shibori techniques and indigo-coloured dye to form a piece of fabric. This fabric will then be made into a lampshade for a standard or pendant lamp. If time allows, we will also produce some sample pieces that could be incorporated into other textile projects/lanterns.

Notes:

No prior experience needed but you must have good mobility in hands & feet & be able to stand whilst working.

Please wear old (non dangly) clothes, covered toe shoes (no sandals) & little or no jewellry.
