I provide workshops in a willow basketry and sculpture plus a small range of other traditional crafts in my large Georgian workshop space on Todmorden high street.
I provide teaching and training to a wide range of individuals, groups; organizations, companies and charities.
I have a Coffee Shop on the ground floor where you can purchase a range of my willow baskets and sculptures (woven on-site), craft kits, willow for weaving and you can also indulge in the finest and freshest rainforest alliance coffee, loose teas, a large selection of award winning cakes and simple savories should you so wish!
creativewithnature.co.uk offers gift vouchers which can be spent on any course that takes place at Creative with Nature.
Vouchers are available in £45, £95 & £190 denominations on the website or for any amount in the shop (over £10 minimum spend) and are valid instantly upon purchase.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months. Places on specific courses cannot be guaranteed as the teachers are predominantly individual craftspeople and artisans and the courses are therefore bespoke and offered in limited numbers.

• A booking/order will be instantly accepted, and half or full payment for a 2 day course and full payment for a 1 day course will be taken.
• You will receive a confirmation email.
• We will contact you directly if any changes need to be made to your booking or order.
• Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment.
I deliberately work with small group sizes to ensure students get the most out of all my workshops. Therefore, the following will apply should you need to cancel your course. Please note, NO full refund will be given should you need to cancel your course:
Full refund
A full refund of your course fee will only be given should I have to cancel due to reasons beyond my control such as illness; adverse weather conditions or electrical breakdown in the workshop. You will of course be able to switch to another course should you so wish as long as it is within the timeframe mentioned below.
More than 6 months notice of cancellation
Should you wish to cancel giving 6 months notice or more, you will receive a refund of course fees less a £25 administration charge, or, you can choose another course of the same value as long as it is within the following time limits:
Gift vouchers – The rebooking must be within the 12 month voucher validity period.
Cash purchase – within 6 months of notification of course cancellation.
3 months notice of cancellation
Should you wish to cancel giving 3 months notice, you will receive a 50% refund of course fees, or, you can choose another course of the same value as long as it is within the following time limits:
Gift vouchers – The rebooking must be within the 12 month voucher validity period.
Cash purchase – within 3 months of notification of course cancellation.
Less than 28 days notice
Should you wish to cancel giving less than 28 days notice, NO refund or course transfer will be allowed.
Please note: You can only change courses once per original booking.
In exceptional circumstances, I may need to change a course date. If this happens, I will get in touch with you as soon as I can using the email contact details you provided. In this event I will endeavour to get you booked onto the same course as soon as possible. If this isn’t possible, as above, you will be entitled to change your course (time restrictions as above) or have a full course refund. Please note: I will not be able to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may have incurred in relation to the cancelled course.
Certain courses are subject to certain requirements specified by our teachers, such as age, health or accessibility. For example, it is not advised to be around lead whilst pregnant. Details of each course are available online but please check carefully upon making the booking that you comply with the requirements.
All teachers have their own Public Liability Insurance and provide their own risk assessments. All students will be give a Health and safety talk at the start of classes for safe and proper tool use and any other pertinent information students may need.
If you are concerned about the safety or practice of any of the courses, please let me know.
Your feedback is welcome, so please bring any comments or issues to my attention as soon as possible. This will allow me the chance to put matters right, if required. If your issue is with the course or teacher (rather than the voucher process) please take this up with the maker on the day. However, if you are unable to resolve any issues directly with the teacher please let me know so that I can also look into it.
NOTE
The above terms and conditions apply as a condition of purchasing and/or using any voucher, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser. Creative with Nature reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers or notice. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and are governed by and in accordance with British law.
